You are invited to participate in this Prince George District Parent Advisory Council survey about lunch time, to find out parent concerns in this district. Parents have let DPAC know about some concerns with students and time to eat lunch, and we are looking to get more data on these concerns and then presenting this to the district.
The average response time is 6 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
You may take this survey multiple times for each of your children attending school, or for all your children attending a school as an overall household survey.
If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, please email info@sd57dpac.ca. A report will be available on our website, www.sd57dpac.ca, after the results are analyzed.
Thank you very much for your time and support.
